Nous sommes une firme de gestion immobilière commerciale à la recherche d'un(e) technicien(ne) comptable minutieux(se) et proactif(ve) pour joindre notre équipe. La personne idéale soutiendra nos opérations comptables dans un environnement multi-sociétés et contribuera à une gestion financière efficace de notre portefeuille immobilier.

Responsabilités principales

  • Traiter les comptes fournisseurs, incluant l'entrée des factures, le codage et la préparation des paiements
  • Gérer les comptes clients, incluant la facturation, les encaissements et le suivi des collections
  • Maintenir des dossiers financiers exacts dans un environnement multi-entités
  • Préparer et concilier divers rapports comptables
  • Participer aux procédures de fin de mois et de fin d'exercice
  • Collaborer avec les différents départements internes afin d'assurer l'exactitude des données financières
  • Effectuer diverses tâches administratives et comptables au besoin
  • Gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément et respecter des échéanciers serrés

Qualifications

  • Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience pertinente en comptabilité ou en gestion immobilière
  • Excellente maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel et Word)
  • Connaissance de Yardi, Space ou tout autre logiciel immobilier/comptable (un atout)
  • Solides compétences organisationnelles et capacité à travailler de façon autonome
  • Grande attention aux détails et excellentes aptitudes en gestion du temps
  • Connaissances en comptabilité immobilière commerciale (un atout)

Horaire et rémunération

  • Horaire : Lundi au vendredi (5 jours par semaine)
  • Salaire : Selon l'expérience
  • Lieu de travail : En présentiel, à Ville Saint-Laurent

About Us

We are a commercial real estate management firm seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our accounting operations across a multi-company environment and contribute to the smooth financial management of our property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable, including invoice entry, coding, and payment preparation
  • Manage accounts receivable, including billing, cash receipts, and collections follow-up
  • Maintain accurate financial records in a multi-entity real estate environment
  • Prepare and reconcile various accounting reports
  • Support month-end and year-end accounting procedures
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial data
  • Perform general administrative and accounting tasks as needed
  • Manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting or property management experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word required)
  • Experience with Yardi, Space, or similar real estate/accounting software considered an asset
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent attention to detail and time-management abilities
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate accounting is an asset

Schedule & Compensation

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday (5 days per week)
  • Salary: Commensurate with experience
  • Work Location: On-site in Ville Saint-Laurent
