Job Description
We are seeking a Temporary Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our busy wellness practice. This role is central to client experience, clinician coordination, and administrative efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a welcoming and professional office environment (in-person & virtual)
- Conduct initial consultations with new or prospective clients
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and take messages
- Book and manage appointments for psychotherapy and massage therapy services
- Maintain and update schedules for all clinicians
- Maintain files, records, and correspondence
- Manage office supply inventory and ordering
- Support bookkeeping tasks including invoicing, payroll, and monthly bank reconciliations
- Ensure smooth daily office operations
Qualifications
- Experience in office administration, healthcare, or wellness settings preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with scheduling systems, email platforms, and basic bookkeeping
- Experience with social media and basic design tools is an asset
- Professional, confidential, and client-centered approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
