Overview

Our client is a supplier of machinery to the food industry. They are currently looking for a field service technician to service their clients primarily in the area between GTA and KW region.

Candidates should have field service technician experience and have good mechanical and electrical maintenance, repair skills.

The position requires regional travel to visit customer sites in the area and will require a person who is professional with good communication skills.

Normal working hours are Monday to Friday daytime, with flexibility to perform some after-hours a work with overtime compensation.

Requirements

-Previous field service technician experience

-5-7 years experience as millwright, industrial electrician, or electromechanical technician

-Valid driver's license

-Clean driver's abstract with ability to safely operate service vehicle

-Valid passport with ability to travel out of country for training

-Available for service calls at customers sites around geographic region

-Customer facing with professional communication skills

-Legally entitled to work in Canada
