ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking a Service Technician with hands-on mechanical experience to join our growing team.
This role focuses on the installation, startup, service, and maintenance of pump and water treatment systems throughout Ontario. You'll travel regularly to customer sites (approximately 80% of the time, typically four days per week on the road) to ensure our systems perform at their best.

In this role you will:
- Install, commission, and maintain water systems across Ontario, including pumps, control panels, and treatment equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on-site.
- Support the assembly and wiring of systems in-house before deployment.
- Perform quality control and testing to ensure system performance meets specifications.
- Program and verify operation of variable frequency drives (VFDs), sensors, and control panels.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to refine system design and service practices.
- Provide clear documentation and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience servicing pumps, water treatment, or related mechanical systems.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with familiarity in basic electrical troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Technical College Diploma or equivalent field experience (mechanical, electrical, industrial, or related).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (4 days/week).
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and customer service mindset.
Preferred:
- Experience in water treatment, stormwater, or rainwater systems.
- Comfort working independently in the field as well as part of a team.
