DuraFast LabelCompany is looking for an experienced sales manager to join our team inToronto, Canada. The sales manager will oversee the sales team's performanceand growth. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with an entrepreneurialspirit and passion for growing DuraFast Label Company into one of the topproviders in the United States and Canada. Successful candidates are able torapidly develop a strong understanding of the market and competitive landscape,identify business opportunities for DuraFast Label Company, and have excellentproduct knowledge. RequirementsWe are lookingfor the following: · College/University Degree inBusiness, Marketing, Management or equivalent· 2+ years experience in a salesor account management role· Knowledge of the label industryand a general understanding of printing processes· Entrepreneurial spirit andpassion for growing the business· Proficiency in Microsoft Office(Excel and PowerPoint), CRM Software, and web -based tools on the Internet (such as Google Analytics and AdWords)· Strong leadership skills,including the ability to:· Develop strategic goals andobjectives· Plan, organize, and implementaction plans· Motivate team members toaccomplish goals/objectives· Build successful workingrelationships with people both internally and externally· Work under pressure in afast -paced environment· Communicate effectively, withstrong organizational skills and motivation to succeedResponsibilitiesThe successfulcandidate will be responsible for leading a multi -brand sales team. Educate customers on printingtechnologies and their strengths and weaknesses, as well as potential risksassociated with them Develop strategies for reachinggoals Manage existing clients byfocusing attention on high -value accounts Work with senior management toevaluate and develop new business prospects via cold -calling, networking, andreferrals Competitively bid againstexisting providers for new business opportunities based primarily on pricewhile maintaining a strong focus on customer service, quality, and technicalexpertise.
