Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Account Manager who is passionate about sales and relationship-building in the healthcare sector.

The ideal candidate is an empathetic hunter with strong business acumen, a proven ability to develop partnerships, and a deep understanding of the healthcare and senior living markets.

This person can effectively connect the specific features of our products to both clinical and safety needs, as well as administrative and operational priorities and who embraces the opportunity to promote products made here in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) as a new territory by identifying business opportunities and establishing relationships with healthcare institutions such as long-term care facilities, nursing homes and hospitals.
  • Support, develop, and train Ontario distributors to strengthen their product knowledge, sales performance, and alignment with company objectives.
  • Promote and sell the full range of LPA Medical and ConfortMedic products.
  • Conduct on-site product demonstrations, highlighting how product features translate into clinical outcomes, user safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Provide post-sale training and ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Actively participate in conferences, trade shows, and sales activities to represent the company and drive business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on tenders, proposals, and pricing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of opportunities, quotes, and client interactions in the CRM.
  • Share market insights and competitor intelligence with management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical sales or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the Ontario healthcare system is an asset.
  • College diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience with a CRM system.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A strong team player who values collaboration and organizational success.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
