Our client has established in their community and have steadily grown over the years. They are currently seeking an experienced commercial account manager to service an assigned portfolio of business. Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, serving as the main contact for all policy, coverage, and service-related inquiries
  • Prepare, review, and process renewals, endorsements, certificates, and other policy documentation accurately and on time
  • Collaborate with underwriters and insurers to negotiate terms, pricing, and coverage that meet client needs
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios through coverage recommendations, cross-selling, and proactive risk management advice
  • Maintain thorough client records and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards while delivering exceptional service

Qualifications

  • RIBO License required
  • 5 years' experience in commercial insurance account management
  • Experience with Powerbroker is an asset
  • Familiarity with commercial insurance market trends and regulations
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization and time-management skills
