We are seeking a Chef to lead our kitchen team and drive the continued evolution of our food program. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional—particularly one with corporate or high-volume kitchen experience—who is ready to step into a leadership role that offers both creative freedom and operational responsibility.

Key Responsibilities : As Chef, you will serve as the strategic and operational leader of our culinary team. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Leading kitchen operations during high-volume service periods with a focus on product quality and consistency
  • Designing and executing seasonal menus that reflect our culinary ethos
  • Conducting food costing, inventory management, and recipe development
  • Upholding and enhancing standards for food quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Managing labour, scheduling, and kitchen resources to optimize efficiency and cost control
  • Mentoring and developing a team of passionate, career-driven cooks
  • Collaborating with ownership and front-of-house leadership to align culinary direction with business goals

Qualifications:

  • Red Seal Certification is required
  • Proven experience in a senior culinary leadership role, preferably in high-volume or corporate kitchen environments
  • Strong line execution skills and the ability to lead by example
  • Full-time availability with flexibility for both mornings, evenings and weekend shifts
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • High ethical standards and a collaborative mindset
  • Deep knowledge of and passion for sustainable, from-scratch cooking
