Administrative Assistant – Part-Time (15–30 hours) – Hybrid
3CL International Corp – Toronto, ON
Job Description:
3CL International Corp is looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily administrative tasks, supplier coordination, email management, quotation preparation, and general operational support. This is a hybrid role, combining remote work with occasional in-person meetings in the Toronto/GTA area.
This position is ideal for individuals who are currently studying (college, university, or technical programs) and are looking for a flexible part-time role where they can gain valuable professional experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage email communication with suppliers and customers
- Assist with preparing quotations and documentation
- Organize files, records, and administrative tasks
- Update internal data, reports, and tracking sheets
- Provide general support to the team for day-to-day operations
Requirements:
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Spanish is preferrable but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Availability for 15–30 hours per week
- Currently enrolled in school (preferred but not required)
