Administrative Assistant – Part-Time (15–30 hours) – Hybrid

Job Description:

3CL International Corp is looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily administrative tasks, supplier coordination, email management, quotation preparation, and general operational support. This is a hybrid role, combining remote work with occasional in-person meetings in the Toronto/GTA area.

This position is ideal for individuals who are currently studying (college, university, or technical programs) and are looking for a flexible part-time role where they can gain valuable professional experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage email communication with suppliers and customers
  • Assist with preparing quotations and documentation
  • Organize files, records, and administrative tasks
  • Update internal data, reports, and tracking sheets
  • Provide general support to the team for day-to-day operations

Requirements:

  • Intermediate English proficiency
  • Spanish is preferrable but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Availability for 15–30 hours per week
  • Currently enrolled in school (preferred but not required)
