**Position Summary**

**We are looking for one full-time concierge working Sunday to Thursday 11 pm to 7 am and one part-time concierge working Friday and Saturday 11 pm to 7 am.**

The Concierge/Security Guard will act as the main liaison between property owners, residents, management, and tradespeople. In addition to handling concierge duties, this role ensures the security, safety, and overall well-being of the property. The position includes a mix of administrative tasks, customer service, security measures, and emergency response coordination.

**Location: Richmond** (Close to Skytrain)**

**Full-time Shifts (40 hours): Sunday to Thursday Overnight 11 pm to 7 am**

**Part-time Shifts (16 hours): Friday and Saturday Overnight 11 pm to 7 am**

**Pay Rate**: $20 per hour

**Benefits for Full-time position**: Extended health & dental after 6 months of employment for full-time employees

**Key Responsibilities**

Administrative & Customer Service
- Greet residents and visitors, addressing inquiries and providing assistance.
- Assist with administrative duties such as maintaining records and managing communication.
- Serve as a point of contact for residents and manage requests in a professional and friendly manner.

Security & Safety
- Monitor security systems, conduct routine patrols, and respond to security incidents.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed for all individuals on the property.
- Handle access control and provide security escorts when necessary.

Emergency Response Coordination
- Respond quickly to emergencies, ensuring proper coordination with relevant authorities.
- Assist in the implementation of emergency plans and procedures, ensuring residents' safety.

**Basic Qualifications**
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally.
- Capable of climbing a ladder (up to 8 feet) and navigating building stairs.
- Physical endurance for standing, walking, sitting, and repetitive motions.
- Strong visual accuracy, hearing ability, and listening skills.
- Ability to complete 8-hour shifts with regular statutory breaks.

**Experience and Skills**
- Excellent customer-first attitude with the ability to handle difficult situations.
- Positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of training and mentoring staff from diverse backgrounds.
- Highly organized and attentive to detail.
- Valid BC Security License is an asset. Must obtain a valid BC Security License within 3 months of employment.
