Senior Manager, Bilingual Corporate Marketing & Communications
to join their dynamic and collaborative team. This newly created role offers an opportunity to shape and elevate the company's corporate marketing and communications strategy across Canada.

About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this role will lead all aspects of corporate marketing and communications strategy—driving external visibility, enhancing internal communications, and supporting corporate initiatives that strengthen the organization's reputation as an industry leader.

You'll oversee a small, high-performing team responsible for bilingual content, brand strategy, and translation, and collaborate closely with senior leadership across Canada and the U.S. This position is ideal for a strategic, hands-on communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys both building and executing programs from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute corporate marketing and communications strategies that align with business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Partner with senior leadership to strengthen thought leadership, corporate storytelling, and digital brand presence.
  • Oversee content strategy for public relations, government relations, media engagement, and internal communications.
  • Lead digital and social media initiatives to support employee engagement, leadership visibility, and brand recognition.
  • Manage budget forecasting and support advertising, events, and brand management activities.
  • Collaborate with U.S. counterparts to align Canadian marketing efforts with global brand guidelines.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years' experience in corporate communications or marketing, including 4+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • Fully bilingual in English and French (written and verbal).
  • Background in healthcare, life sciences, or a similarly complex, regulated environment preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong executive presence.
  • Proven experience developing strategic content for leadership, internal communications, and media.
  • Experience managing budgets, agencies, and cross-functional projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Drupal, Dynamics 365, or Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.
