Overview

We are seeking a full-time dedicated Server, who is looking to advance their career into Floor Leader and Service Manager to join our dynamic team in the Coquitlam. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and customer service, ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience. Currently hiring Full time availability only (30+ weekly hours) due to need of training now. ** Training will be held at our Surrey location. **

  • Server: Deliver exceptional guest experiences—take orders accurately, recommend menu items, ensure timely food/drink delivery, and create a welcoming atmosphere.

  • Prior food /customer serving experience of 6 months or more is a plus, but we'll train motivated candidates with great communication skills.

  • Floor Leader: Support daily service operations with Service manager - coordinate servers, address guest needs promptly, maintain service standards, and assist with opening/closing tasks.

  • $19 per hour and tips. Subject to work experience

  • Ideal for servers with 1+ year of experience such as serving, food preparation, and food handling is essential and a knack for problem-solving. Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team effectively

  • Service Manager: Support General Manager on managing front end of store in daily operations, includes training new server /floor leader, solve customer inquiries and complaints as well as improving customer experience.

  • Full time preferred. Expected annual pay of $23-$25 includes tips. Subject to work experience

  • Ideal for servers with 2-3 year of experience such as serving, food preparation, and food handling is essential and a knack for problem-solving. Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team effectively

Languages

  • Fluent in English.
  • Familiarity in Japanese language is desirable
