Job Summary

With the FIFA World Cup bringing thousands of fans to Toronto, our short-term rental operations are rapidly expanding. We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Turnover Specialist to help us welcome guests from around the world and provide them with clean, comfortable places to stay.

As a Turnover Specialist, you will prepare units between guest stays, ensuring that each space is spotless, staged beautifully, and ready for an outstanding guest experience.

What You'll Do

  • Perform full turnover cleaning of short-term rental units
  • Change bedding, towels, and restock essentials
  • Stage the unit professionally for incoming guests
  • Report damages or issues immediately
  • Follow turnover checklists and timelines
  • Complete turnovers within specific time windows

Qualifications

  • Must live within walking distance of M5B 0C3 (Downtown Toronto)
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Ability to work independently
  • Previous cleaning or hospitality experience is an asset (not required)
