The Role:Support project managers with planning, scheduling, and day-to-day job coordinationAssist with organizing job tool lists, materials, equipment, and subcontractor requirementsPrepare and maintain project documentation, including quotes, purchase orders, work orders, and job filesCoordinate job walks, site visits, and project launch meetingsTrack project progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth executionRespond to customer inquiries and communicate updates between the PM, site teams, and internal departmentsAssist with manpower scheduling and breakdown response coordinationGather and verify information for invoicing, payroll, and project closeoutBuild and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teamsQualifications:1–3 years of experience in a project coordination or construction support roleExperience in industrial trades or multi-trade environments is an assetStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with excellent follow-through and documentation habitsComfortable learning new software and mobile applicationsCompetent with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)Ideal candidate is a licensed millwright, although not a requirementValid driver's licence with a clean record (occasional travel may be required)We Offer:Competitive salary based on experienceComprehensive benefits package (drug, dental, vision, RRSP matching)Regular company events and team-building activitiesAn opportunity to join a growing and dynamic companyWhat's the Bullet Difference?
