About the Role

We are seeking an
experienced Regional Sales Manager
with deep roots in the
promotional products, branded merchandise, or sports apparel industry
in the Vancouver / Lower Mainland region.

You'll lead local B2B growth initiatives for upcoming
World Cup-themed soccer jerseys
and related promotional apparel. This includes developing relationships with
souvenir shops, screen printers, distributors, and retailers
, as well as managing a small team of
commission-based field reps
.

This position is ideal for someone who already understands
the local promo network
and wants to help shape a new, high-growth product line.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage partnerships with souvenir retailers, screen printers, and promotional product distributors.
  • Recruit, train, and oversee a team of
    commission-only sales agents
    to expand market coverage.
  • Identify new B2B opportunities in sportswear, tourism, and event merchandising.
  • Negotiate pricing, volume agreements, and promotional campaigns.
  • Provide market insights on local trends, demand, and price sensitivity.
  • Represent the brand professionally at trade and community events.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years
    of B2B sales experience in
    promotional products, custom apparel, or sports merchandise
    within
    British Columbia
    .
  • Established local network
    of buyers, souvenir shop owners, decorators, or printers.
  • Proven ability to
    manage independent sales reps or channel partners
    .
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and reporting skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable working on performance-based structures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; able to represent the company professionally in client-facing roles.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling
    teamwear or sports jerseys
    .
  • Familiarity with
    licensing and brand compliance
    related to sports apparel.
  • Access to an existing customer base or territory in Western Canada.
