As a
Regional Sales & Operations Manager
for the nation's trusted Home Depot renovation partner, you will lead and grow sales and operations across your assigned region. This role combines strategic leadership, operational execution, and customer engagement to ensure our partnership with Home Depot delivers exceptional results and an unmatched homeowner experience. This role is based in British Columbia and also oversees Alberta.

You will oversee all aspects of regional performance — from sales growth and project delivery to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency — ensuring every renovation project reflects the company's commitment to quality, professionalism, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regional Leadership & Performance
  • Drive regional sales performance to meet and exceed revenue and profitability goals.
  • Lead and support a team of Project Managers, Sales Representatives, and Operations Coordinators across multiple markets.
  • Set clear performance objectives, track KPIs, and execute strategies that align with national goals and Home Depot partnership standards.
  • Develop and maintain a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer-first service.
  • Sales & Partnership Management
  • Partner closely with Home Depot store leadership teams and installation services departments to maximize lead generation and conversion.
  • Ensure all in-store and regional sales programs are executed effectively and consistently.
  • Identify new opportunities to grow sales through enhanced customer engagement, territory development, and operational efficiencies.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting for executive review.
  • Operational Oversight
  • Oversee end-to-end renovation operations, from customer intake to project completion.
  • Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project delivery in compliance with brand and Home Depot service standards.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle times, and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with scheduling, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure material availability and job readiness.
  • Team Development
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales and operations team members within the region.
  • Provide regular coaching and performance feedback to promote professional growth.
  • Foster a culture of safety, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Customer Experience & Quality Assurance
  • Champion the customer journey from consultation through installation, ensuring every homeowner receives world-class service.
  • Proactively manage escalations, ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns.
  • Maintain compliance with Home Depot's quality and service delivery standards.
  • Financial & Strategic Management
  • Prepare and manage regional budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze financial results and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with corporate leadership on strategic initiatives that strengthen our Home Depot partnership and drive national growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Construction Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in regional sales, operations, or construction management.
  • Experience in home improvement, residential remodeling, or retail service programs (Home Depot experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven ability to lead multi-site teams and deliver consistent regional performance.
  • Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and operational mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM and project management software; Salesforce and Buildertrend experience a plus.

Performance Metrics

  • Regional revenue growth and profitability.
  • Home Depot store partnership performance metrics (conversion, satisfaction, and compliance).
  • Project cycle time and operational efficiency.
  • Customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Employee engagement and retention.
