We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Specialist to join our innovative team. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships, supporting digital marketing initiatives, and driving business growth through strategic online engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in e-commerce, SEO, and digital marketing tools, with a passion for delivering exceptional client service and optimizing online presence.
Duties
- Manage and nurture client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention through personalized communication and support
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and industry best practices to inform marketing campaigns
- Oversee Facebook Advertising campaigns, analyzing performance metrics to optimize ad spend and engagement
- Coordinate product management activities, including content updates and promotional strategies on platforms like WordPress and HTML coding where necessary
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create compelling visual content for marketing materials and social media channels
- Monitor and analyze website traffic using Google Analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, and performance analysis
- Execute digital marketing initiatives across various channels to increase brand awareness and lead generation
- Support budgeting processes for marketing projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
Skills
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies
- Proficiency in SEO techniques and tools such as Google Analytics and Google AdWords
- Experience with research methodologies to gather market intelligence
- Expertise in Facebook Advertising with proven campaign management skills
- Knowledge of product management principles within digital environments
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation
- Familiarity with WordPress, HTML coding, and website management
- Skills in email marketing platforms and automation tools
- Ability to analyze data effectively to inform marketing decisions
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on client relationship management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
