About Us:

Muskoka Quality Foods Inc. serves a dedicated group of franchisee Associates who deliver premium frozen meats directly to customer homes and cottages throughout Ontario. We're seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as an Inventory & Operations Lead at our Oshawa supply facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Track, organize, and replenish stock to franchisee vans.
  • Product Packaging: Package our high-quality products for site inventory.
  • Vehicle Loading: Efficiently load delivery vehicles to support smooth operations.
  • Shop Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Fleet Maintenance: Perform routine checks and coordinate basic maintenance on extra vans to ensure they're ready for use.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow process and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy items.
  • A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
  • A valid driver's license
  • Previous experience in inventory, logistics, or a similar role is a plus.
