Real Estate Service and Content Marketing Specialist

As we prepare to scale nationally, we are looking for dynamic, customer-focused team members to build an unparalleled leasing experience from the ground up.
The OpportunityWe're looking for someone rare: a person who delivers Four Seasons-level service in-person and creates scroll-stopping visual content that tells the same story online. You're equally comfortable welcoming prospective tenants during a showing and filming an Instagram Reel that captures the property's magic.
This is a unified role where your hospitality skills inform your content (because you understand what makes people feel welcome) and your content skills enhance your showings (because you see properties through a storyteller's lens).
Salary expectations: $45-55k /yr
What You'll DoIn-Person Experience Design
- Conduct property showings that feel less like transactions and more like curated experiences
- Build genuine connections with prospective tenants through warmth, professionalism, and attentive service
- Create "wow moments" during interactions—the kind of service you'd expect at Disneyland or a luxury hotel
- Handle inquiries with concierge-level care, making people feel valued from first contact
Visual Storytelling & Content Creation
- Capture professional-quality photos and video tours that showcase properties beautifully
- Create engaging social media content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook) independently
- Film property walkthroughs and virtual tours (Matterport, 3D) without supervision
- Develop content that doesn't just show features—it creates emotional connection and lifestyle aspiration
Brand Building & Performance
- Maintain consistent brand presence across online platforms and in-person touchpoints
- Manage social media posting schedules and build organic followership
- Track performance metrics for both content engagement and showing-to-application conversion
- Ensure all property listings have compelling copy and pristine visuals
Requirements
Hospitality Excellence- Proven background in luxury service, hospitality, or high-end customer experience roles like retail
- Natural ability to build rapport and make people feel genuinely cared for
- Professional, warm, articulate communication style
- Experience creating memorable service moments (not just processing transactions)
- Portfolio demonstrating strong photography/videography work (social media, marketing, personal projects)
- Technical ability to shoot, edit, and publish content independently
- Creative eye for composition, lighting, storytelling
- Understanding of what makes content engaging on social platforms
- Self-directed work style—you know how to make things great without detailed oversight
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Flexibility for weekend and evening work
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with modern tools and platforms
- Video editing software proficiency (Premiere, CapCut, etc.)
- Experience with Matterport or 3D tour technology
- Background managing brand social media accounts
- Understanding of content marketing principles (posting strategy, engagement optimization)
- Previous work in real estate, leasing, or property marketing
- Property management experience
- Formal training in photography/videography or hospitality
- Marketing degree or certifications
