Job description:

Grand Touring Automobiles is seeking to hire a part time receptionist for our new state-of-the-art facility in Oakville

As the Receptionist you will greet all visitors and answer incoming phone calls maintaining a high level of professionalism. Your secondary responsibilities include providing support with overflow work, things such as mailings, filing, etc. Must be enthusiastic, positive, even tempered and have strong skills in areas of dependability, interpersonal relationships, and communications and perform on a "Best in Class" level of customer service. The Receptionist will routinely handle highly confidential information in a discreet, professional manner and provide a customer service approach with all interactions.

**This position is only Tuesdays and the odd other day(s) throughout the week for coverage*

Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Answer incoming calls, screen and route them to the appropriate person
  • Word processing and other administrative tasks
  • Special projects and duties as assigned
