Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in identifying and selecting the appropriate RV parts, accessories, and maintenance products with enthusiasm and detailed product knowledge
  • Manage inventory levels through accurate stock control, ordering fulfillment, and organization using a computerized inventory management system
  • Provide expert advice on vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, repair procedures, and service options to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Process sales transactions efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems while maintaining accurate cash handling and cashiering procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized retail environment by stocking shelves, managing inventory control, and ensuring product displays are attractive and accessible
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing strategies that promote RV parts and accessories effectively
  • Communicate clearly with customers via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to address inquiries promptly

Requirements

  • Previous Experience in the RV industry as an experienced camper, or previous experience in an RV parts/service department.
  • Strong background in retail sales, inventory management, and POS systems with organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
  • Familiarity with dealership experience or retail math to accurately handle transactions and stock levels
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail in stock management and customer service
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills to assist customers in finding the best solutions while maximizing sales opportunities
