RV Sales Associate (Growth Track to Sales Manager)

Location: 417 RV

Compensation:

• $50,000 base salary
• 10% commission
• Volume-based bonus package

About the Role

417 RV is looking for a motivated, high-potential Sales Associate who wants more than just a sales job. This role is designed as a development track into a future Sales Manager position. We are prepared to invest in the right individual through hands-on training, coaching, and real leadership exposure.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with customers to understand their needs and match them with the right RV
• Guide customers through the full sales process, from first contact to delivery
• Build strong product knowledge across new and used RV inventory (effectively LEARN THE RV BUSINESS)
• Follow proven sales processes, CRM tools, and lead management systems
• Consistently hit volume and gross profit targets
• Learn inventory management, deal structure, and sales reporting
• Shadow and support Sales Management to prepare for a future leadership role

Growth Path

This is not a static sales position. High performers will be developed into:

• Senior Sales Consultant
• Assistant Sales Manager
• Sales Manager

Your advancement will be based on performance, leadership ability, and commitment to learning the business.

What We're Looking For

• Sales experience preferred (automotive, RV, powersports, or big-ticket retail is an asset)
• Bilingual (English/French) preferred but not required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Competitive, goal-driven mindset
