Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled RV Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and hands-on experience with RV systems and components. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of recreational vehicle systems to ensure customer satisfaction and safety. The position offers an engaging work environment where technical expertise and attention to detail are highly valued.

Duties

  • Diagnose and repair RV electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC
  • Perform mobile service calls and shop repairs
  • Complete work orders with photos and notes
  • Communicate findings clearly to service advisor/owner
  • Maintain service vehicle and tools
  • Follow ORVA & company safety standards

Experience

  • 2+ years RV or related trade experience. Or with good work ethics & willing to learn
  • Strong electrical & plumbing diagnostics
  • Valid driver's license
  • Customer-service mindset
  • Proficiency with hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.
  • Experience using power tools safely and effectively in a repair setting
  • Knowledge of RV-specific systems including plumbing, electrical wiring, HVAC units, and appliances is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

This position is ideal for individuals passionate about vehicle maintenance and looking to develop their skills and working outdoors in a dynamic industry. Candidates should possess solid mechanical knowledge and be comfortable working with various tools to deliver high-quality repairs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.72-$40.83 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
