The ideal candidate will be independent, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. This position is customer-facing and requires strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting walk-in customers
  • Provide expertise and knowledge on upgrades available to our sales department, service department and walk-in customers
  • Answering phone and email inquiries, and offering accurate parts and service information.
  • Order required parts, track parts orders and shipments while maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • Work closely with vendors to source and order parts in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot and offer technical guidance on RV systems and upgrades available.
  • Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and maintain a positive, productive work environment.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks, and proactively resolve customer and operational issues.
  • Crossover training with Service Department for bookings, check ins and pick ups,
  • To keep store clean, tidy and organized on a daily basis

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of experience in Recreational Vehicle parts advising or service advising.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally with customers and vendors.
  • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Good health and physical mobility – must be able to lift 60lbs
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computers skills, Word, Outlook and general internet use
  • Ability to develop and expand skillsets within the job

Hours of Work

  • approximately 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Saturday within hours of 9am to 6pm.
  • Most Saturdays required with a day off during the week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
