Sales Consultant

As a Trailer and RV Product Specialist, your primary responsibility is to assist customers in selecting and purchasing trailers and recreational vehicles that best suit their needs and preferences. Your goal is to deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers to understand their buying needs.
- Present and demonstrate trailer features, specifications, and options.
- Provide expert knowledge on various RV models, pricing, and financing options.
- Conduct walk around demos with prospective customers.
- Negotiate pricing and financing terms to close sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the dealership.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and post-sale service requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends.
- Maintain an organized and clean sales area and vehicle inventory.
- Prepare and process sales documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Participate in dealership events, RV shows, promotions, and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the RV industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitasking.
- Knowledge of RV products and financing options.
- Customer-focused, positive, and professional attitude.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

- Per diem + commission pay structure.
