Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and providing professional advice on hair care.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and salon equipment in accordance with health regulations.
- Engage in upselling of salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction and boost sales.
- Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling payments.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role with a strong portfolio of work.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices relevant to the beauty industry is essential.
- Strong upselling abilities with experience in retail sales preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
