Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services while creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for clients.

Duties

  • Provide a variety of hair services including cuts, colors, and styling according to client preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe environment.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer professional advice on hair care and styling options.
  • Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
  • Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling transactions.
  • Foster strong communication with team members to ensure smooth operations within the salon.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Knowledge of current hair trends, techniques, and products.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Ability to perform retail sales by recommending appropriate products based on client needs.
