Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service while delivering high-quality hair styling services. This role requires creativity, technical skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Duties

  • Provide a range of hair styling services including cuts, color, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide professional recommendations.
  • Upsell hair care products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
  • Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and processing payments.
  • Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to offer clients innovative styling options.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up services.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
  • Proficient in various hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and treatments.
  • Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining cleanliness in the salon.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Experience in retail sales is a plus, with an understanding of upselling techniques.
