Overview

Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Sales Intake Administrator will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service to both prospective and active clients, conducting consultations in-person, via telephone, and email. They will manage client files and appointments with precision, ensure confidentiality of all corporate and client information, and correspond professionally with courts, agents, clients, and colleagues. Key responsibilities will include managing various admin functions to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and active clients
  • Conduct in-person, telephone, and email consultations for prospective clients
  • Accurately schedule client files and appointments
  • Maintain confidentiality of all corporate and client information
  • Correspond professionally with courts, agents, clients, and co-workers
  • Review and draft legal documents
  • Maintain general correspondence via telephone, email, and fax inquiries
  • Comply with all corporate policies and procedures
  • General administrative duties as required by management, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining/organizing company records.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of previous sales and/or administrative experience
  • Intermediate computer literacy using Microsoft and any internal company software
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict management skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of the TSA and Criminal Code of Canada (preferred)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong time management skills
  • Great attention to detail; inputting information and data entry
  • Strong sales and customer service experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
