Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a Sales Assistant located in Calgary, AB. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team by managing customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include assisting with sales-related administrative tasks, maintaining organized sales records, and aiding in communication between clients and the sales team. The Sales Assistant will also engage in lead generation and provide support during sales presentations and meetings.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Sales aptitude and experience in assisting with sales processes
  • Strong Organization Skills to manage documentation and schedules effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms is a plus
  • Previous experience in a sales or administrative support role is preferred
