Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team at the BEST WESTERN PLUS Country Meadows hotel in Aldergrove, BC. This role is vital in ensuring our guests receive outstanding service and a memorable stay. The successful candidate will be based in Aldergrove and will play a key part in upholding our hotel's reputation for hospitality excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records using multi-line phone systems.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and customer service.
  • Support the overall operation of the front desk to enhance guest experiences.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in hotel front desk or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, including multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
