This position is challenging but very rewarding for those who sincerely appreciate providing great customer service and like working with guests.

The successful candidate will be required to: answer a busy switchboard, check guests in and out of the hotel, take payments, aid guests needs and more.

Customer service and till experience considered an asset.

As a front desk agent, you'll have a varied work routine and have the opportunity to work flexible hours and meet new people. We are seeking friendly, energetic and dynamic people to join our front desk team

The successful candidate will have a professional appearance and demeanor; and the ability to deal with a wide variety of people and situations in a calm and friendly manner. Ideally, you'll have some hotel or hospitality experience with basic computer skills and the ability to communicate clearly.

The right candidate will be warm and personable with great communication skills, self-motivated, and have a willingness to work with a positive team player attitude. The candidate will be willing and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays, if required.
