Cranson Capital Securities is a registered Exempt Market Dealer (EMD) based in downtown Toronto. Since 2011, we've raised over $300M in capital for private real estate developments
across the GTA and Southern Ontario, with a focus on
residential projects
(purpose-built rental, multifamily, and townhouse/low-rise).

We help
accredited investors
build long-term wealth through private, real estate-backed investments.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Dealing Representative
to raise capital for our private equity real estate offerings and build long-term relationships with accredited investors.

You will:

  1. Build and manage a book of
    accredited / high-net-worth clients
  2. Present and sell private
    equity
    real estate investments
    (multifamily, PBR, townhomes, future projects)
  3. Explain deal terms, timelines, returns, and risks clearly
  4. Manage the subscription process and ensure compliance (KYC/KYP/suitability)
  5. Use CRM to track activity and follow-ups

What We're Looking For

  1. 3–7+ years
    in real estate sales, investment sales, or wealth management
  2. Proven ability to
    win clients / close business
  3. Strong interest in residential real estate and the GTA/Southern Ontario market
  4. Confident communicator, strong relationship skills
  5. Entrepreneurial, organized, comfortable building your own pipeline
  6. Able to work hybrid
    (some days in our downtown Toronto office)

Licensing:

  1. Exempt Market Products (EMP) or willingness to complete
  2. Eligible for
    Dealing Representative
    registration
