Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the buying, selling, and leasing of commercial properties while providing exceptional customer service to clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of real estate laws and fair housing regulations. Duties

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their commercial real estate needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential properties for clients and assess market trends.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring compliance with fair housing regulations.
  • Prepare marketing materials and listings to promote available properties effectively.
  • Provide guidance on property management practices and assist clients in navigating real estate law.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to property transactions, including documentation and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including appraisers, inspectors, and lenders.
  • Attend networking events to build connections within the industry and enhance visibility.

Experience

  • Proven experience in commercial real estate sales or leasing is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
  • Experience in marketing strategies specific to real estate is highly desirable.
  • Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance client communication.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
  • Familiarity with fair housing regulations and real estate law is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
