Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) représentant(e) des ventes internes enthousiaste et axé sur les résultats pour se joindre à l'équipe d'Anton Paar Canada. Ce poste joue un rôle clé dans la création de nouvelles occasions d'affaires et dans l'expansion de notre clientèle pour nos instruments de mesure de précision, plus particulièrement les gammes de produits à haut volume telles que SVM, Abbemat, DMA et SNAP. En tant que représentant(e) des ventes internes, vous serez responsable de la génération proactive de prospects, de la qualification et du développement d'opportunités grâce à divers canaux de communication numériques. Vous assurerez l'engagement des clients, soutiendrez les activités de vente virtuelles et en personne, et collaborerez étroitement avec les représentants commerciaux sur le terrain pour maximiser les résultats.
Principales responsabilités
- Rechercher, identifier et qualifier de nouveaux prospects et opportunités commerciales par le biais de recherches en ligne, de bases de données et de plateformes spécifiques à l'industrie.
- Rédiger et envoyer des courriels ciblés ainsi que des appels sortants pour engager les prospects, les éduquer sur les offres de produits d'Anton Paar et les convertir en opportunités de vente.
- Examiner les opportunités inactives ou fermées afin de repérer un regain d'intérêt et de possibles réengagements.
- Construire et maintenir des relations solides avec les prospects, en assurant un suivi opportun, en répondant aux demandes des clients et en maintenant l'engagement des clients potentiels.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe des ventes externes, les spécialistes de produits et le service marketing pour développer des stratégies qui favorisent la croissance des ventes.
- Participer à des salons professionnels et des séminaires, au besoin, pour soutenir le développement des affaires et renforcer la visibilité de la marque.
- Maintenir une connaissance approfondie des instruments de mesure d'Anton Paar et de leurs applications dans diverses industries afin de répondre efficacement aux besoins des clients.
- Maintenir des dossiers clients et des journaux d'activité précis et à jour dans le système de gestion de la relation client (CRM).
Profil recherché
- Expérience en vente : Une expérience préalable dans la vente, en particulier dans un environnement de vente B2B (business-to-business) ou B2C (business-to-consumer), est généralement préférable.
- Réussite avérée dans le domaine de la vente technique.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles, avec la capacité de nouer des relations et de s'engager efficacement avec les clients à tous les niveaux.
- Connaissance des instruments de mesure, de la technologie ou des produits industriels (un atout)
- Bilinguisme français et anglais
- Sens aigu de la vente, compétences en matière de négociation, capacité à conclure des affaires de manière efficace.
- Motivation personnelle, orientation vers les objectifs et esprit axé sur les résultats, avec la capacité de travailler de manière indépendante et au sein d'une équipe.
- Familiarité avec les logiciels de gestion de la relation client (CRM) et maîtrise des outils d'analyse des ventes.
- Avoir l'autorisation de travailler au Canada.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join the Anton Paar Canada team. This position plays a key role in creating new business opportunities and expanding our customer base for our precision measuring instruments, particularly high-volume product lines such as SVM, Abbemat, DMA, and SNAP. As an inside sales representative, you will be responsible for proactively generating leads, qualifying and developing opportunities through various digital communication channels. You will engage with customers, support virtual and in-person sales activities, and work closely with field sales representatives to maximize results.
Core Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and qualify new leads and business opportunities through online research, databases, and industry-specific platforms
- Craft and send targeted email aswell as outbound calls to engage prospects, educate them on Anton Paar's product offerings, and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Review inactive or closed opportunities to identify renewed interest and possible re-engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups, addressing client inquiries, and keeping potential customers engaged
- Work closely with the outside sales team, product experts, and marketing department to develop strategies that drive sales growth
- Participate in trade shows and seminars, as needed, to support business development and enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Anton Paar's measurement instruments and their applications across various industries to effectively respond to customer needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and activity logs in the CRM system.
Your Profile
- Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, particularly in a B2B (business-to-business) or B2C (business-to-consumer) sales environment, is typically preferred.
- Proven track record of success in technical sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively engage with customer at all levels.
- Bilingualism French and English
- Knowledge of measurement instruments, technology, or industrial products (desired)
- Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, ability to close deal effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of the team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales analytics tools.
- Have the authorization to work in Canada.
