TFS currently has an exciting opportunity for a Contract Specialist - This is a Bilingual (English/French) role, reporting to the Supervisor of Contract Funding. This role is onsite 1day/week in the Markham Head Office - please note that training is onsite full time until fully trained.

What you will be doing:

  • Accurately process lease and loan contracts
  • Verify incoming documents for thoroughness & accuracy, input data accordingly
  • Match and verify terms and numbers on incoming contracts
  • Identify and resolve contract discrepancies through verbal and written communication with dealers
  • Any other duties as required

What you bring:

  • Bilingual – written and oral fluency in English and French
  • College or University degree/diploma preferred
  • Excellent communication, and decision-making skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Previous experience with insurance claims is an asset
