The Opportunity:
The Technology Enablement Specialist is responsible for enabling visibility, accountability, and technology maturity across all technology domains. This role drives performance monitoring, dashboarding, delivery health oversight, governance standards, and vendor management, ensuring the technology organization operates effectively and transparently.

Working under the Director of Technology Enablement, this role collaborates with cross-functional tech and business teams to ensure leadership has the insights and confidence to make informed decisions and that delivery teams are supported by strong operational practices.

A Day in the Life (What you will do here):
Performance Monitoring & Visibility

  • Design and maintain dashboards, health metrics, and KPIs to monitor technology execution and outcomes
  • Deliver transparent reporting and executive-level views of delivery progress, risk, and capacity
  • Support digital enablement efforts through tooling, analytics, and automation

Delivery Oversight & Risk Escalation

  • Monitor technology initiative progress across all domains (Dev, Infra, Data, Architecture)
  • Support structured issue/risk escalation and resolution in partnership with project and agile teams
  • Analyze capacity and resourcing data to support planning and prioritization conversations

Governance, Standards & Compliance

  • Support the development and rollout of delivery governance models and best practices
  • Ensure adherence to internal standards and external compliance requirements (e.g. audits)
  • Assist in maturing processes around planning, execution, and performance tracking

Vendor & Contract Management

  • Manage vendor performance and engagement tracking
  • Maintain a contract lifecycle and renewal calendar, partner with legal and finance
  • Support vendor-related compliance and operational reporting

Communication & Change Enablement

  • Drive technology performance communications and executive reporting updates
  • Support change management and training efforts around delivery tooling and process improvements
  • Work cross-functionally to improve engagement, adoption, and delivery enablement outcomes
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager

What you need to ensure you are set up for success:

  • 4–8 years in technology operations, PMO, or business performance roles
  • Experience with KPI frameworks, dashboards, and technology reporting tools (Power BI, Monday, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Hybrid delivery models, resource planning, and execution risk management
  • Familiarity with IT vendor management, contract oversight, and audit support
  • Strong communication skills with experience engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable managing up, across, and within cross-functional teams
  • Experience with is considered an asset.
