Position – Admin & Customer Service Associate (Tire Shop Reception)
Location: North York, ON
Pay: $17.60 – $19.50
Position Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and reliable Administrative & Customer Service Associate to join the team. This role is ideal for a beginner–intermediate candidate who is active, confident, and eager to learn. Training will be provided, including shadow training for daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in customers and handle incoming calls professionally.
- Communicate clearly and confidently in English.
- Create and manage invoices, update Excel sheets, and handle basic computer tasks.
- Prepare and print customer documents and operate the printer.
- Make tags and follow documentation procedures (training provided).
- Understand customer needs and present services (including tire installation pricing).
- Manage the reception desk independently and maintain a friendly atmosphere.
- Ensure accurate communication of customer requirements to the team.
- Be proactive, punctual, and maintain an active presence in the workplace.
- Occasionally work beyond 8 hours when required.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Sunday: Off
- Includes a 30-minute daily break
- Position duration: 3–4 months
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong English-speaking skills (confident and fluent).
- Smart, quick learner with good understanding of customer needs.
- Friendly and professional customer-service attitude.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to stay active throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working with diverse candidates; no gender or ethnicity preference.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, invoicing, printing, etc.).
