Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Concierge to join our team in Ontario. As a key point of contact, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients and visitors receive exceptional service, reflecting our company's values of professionalism and reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage access control and maintain security protocols at the premises.
  • Provide information and support to visitors, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
  • Monitor surveillance systems and report any suspicious activities.
  • Coordinate with security personnel to ensure safety procedures are followed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Support administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or concierge roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Knowledge of security procedures is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid identification and legal right to work in Canada.
