Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Concierge to join our team in Ontario. As a key point of contact, you will help ensure the safety and satisfaction of our clients and visitors while supporting our company's mission of providing reliable security services.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
  • Monitor access points and enforce security protocols.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain a secure environment by following safety procedures.
  • Coordinate with security personnel and management as needed.
  • Keep the reception area organized and presentable.
  • Report any suspicious activities or incidents to the appropriate authorities.
  • Support administrative tasks related to visitor logs and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or security roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of security procedures and protocols is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Valid identification and the legal right to work in Canada.
  • Bilingual skills are an asset but not required.
