Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Condominium Property Manager located in Toronto, ON. The Condominium Property Manager will oversee day-to-day management duties, including coordinating property maintenance, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing budgets, and addressing the needs of residents and board members. Responsibilities also include organizing and leading board meetings, facilitating vendor relationships, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the property.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of property management, financial management, and regulatory compliance
  • Experience in facility maintenance coordination, vendor management, and contract negotiation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for resident and board member engagement
  • Proficiency with cloud-based tools and property management software
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills to handle property logistics and address challenges effectively
  • Ability to adapt to changing regulations and prioritize sustainability practices
  • Prior experience in property management within Ontario, and familiarity with Ontario Condominium Act
  • Valid Condominium Management License issued by the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO)
