Do you take pride in keeping things spotless, organized, and running smoothly behind the scenes? We're looking for a Steward (Dishwasher) to join our team and play a vital role in keeping our kitchen humming.

As a Steward, you're more than "just a dishwasher" — you're the backbone of our operation. With your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness, you help create the foundation for excellent service and memorable guest experiences.

What You'll Do:
  • Keep dishes, glassware, pots, and pans sparkling clean and ready for use
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, equipment, and tools
  • Assist with kitchen waste disposal and recycling processes
  • Support the culinary team by ensuring they always have what they need, when they need it
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The work environment is a hotel setting, which has the following conditions: medium-high noise environment; high traffic area for internal guests, exposure to moving parts and equipment such as vacuum, steam cleaner, washer, and dryer. Potential exposure to theft and/or belligerent guests. Exposure to chemicals. Frequently working in areas of high temperatures around heavy equipment. Exposure to sharps and biohazards.
