Deskside IT Support + Specialty

About the Role

We are seeking a versatile IT professional who will serve as the primary deskside support resource for our organization while bringing additional expertise in one of three specialty areas:

• AI Development & Administration
• Workflow & Process Engineering
• Custom Web Experience Development

This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving technical challenges, and wants to contribute to strategic initiatives beyond traditional IT support.

Core Responsibilities (Deskside & M365 Support)

• Provide deskside support for end-users across Windows and Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint, etc.).
• Manage HubSpot support, including troubleshooting integrations and user issues.
• Provision and configure new devices using Microsoft Intune; ensure compliance and security standards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Ubiquiti wireless networking infrastructure.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding processes, including account setup and permissions.
• Perform routine PC health checks, updates, and security hardening.
• Support printer setup, IP configuration, and driver deployment.
• Document processes and maintain IT knowledge base for common issues.

Specialty Path Options (Experience in at least one)1. AI Development & Administration

• Design and train AI models for operational tasks (e.g., monitoring HubSpot service inboxes, crafting automated email replies).
• Implement OCR solutions for document processing (e.g., Accounts Payable automation).
• Develop AI-driven dashboards for predictive analytics and leading indicators.
• Maintain AI workflows and ensure data governance compliance.

2. Workflow & Process Engineering

• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Build and maintain Power Automate workflows and integrations across Microsoft 365 and third-party systems.
• Create detailed SOPs using recognized certification frameworks for continuous improvement.
• Drive initiatives aimed at reducing manual workload and headcount through automation.

3. Custom Web Experience Development

• Develop customer-facing portals integrated with SharePoint, Business Central, and other enterprise systems.
• Enable features such as warranty status lookup, merchandise purchasing, support ticket management, and trade-in calculators.
• Implement secure authentication and personalized dashboards for customers.
• Ensure responsive design and seamless user experience across devices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong experience in Microsoft 365 administration and Intune device management.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and related integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Ubiquiti networking hardware and configuration.
• For specialty paths:
• AI: Experience with Azure AI, machine learning frameworks, or similar platforms.
• Workflow: Proficiency in Power Automate, SharePoint, and process documentation standards.
• Web Development: Skills in HTML/CSS/JavaScript, APIs, and Microsoft Power Pages or similar tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
