Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
  • Provide knowledgeable product demonstrations and technical sales support to customers.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display to enhance customer engagement.
  • Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  • Answer customer inquiries via phone or in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store operations.

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Familiarity with technology sales, including product demos and technical sales support.
  • Experience in retail sales, merchandising, cashiering, and cash handling is highly desirable.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
