We're looking for an
Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Specialist
to join our Contracts team and provide essential back-office support. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, managing documentation, and ensuring accuracy in every step of the process.

What You'll Do

  • Support the Contracts team by processing and tracking contract documents throughout their lifecycle.
  • Review and compare contract details against system records to ensure accuracy.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners to confirm details and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized logs and documentation in the Document Management System.
  • Update pricing and other key data in the accounting system.
  • Stay on top of emails, paperwork, and deadlines to keep everything running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or data entry role (experience in energy or marketing environments is a plus).
  • Strong proficiency in
    Microsoft Excel
    and comfort working with data.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with systems like
    EOne
    or
    OnBase
    is an asset (but not required).
