Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests while providing an exceptional first impression of the clinic.
  • Manage client appointments, phone inquiries, and online bookings in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Explain treatments and products effectively to assist in closing sales and to secure bookings.
  • Maintain accurate records and handle confidential client information with professionalism.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks, payments, invoicing, and client documentation.
  • Educate clients on available treatments, promotions, and skincare products.
  • Keep the reception area organized, welcoming, and well-presented at all times.
  • Assist with clinic promotions, events, and marketing activities as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Coordinator (preferably in a spa, salon, or medical aesthetics, or dental setting).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
  • Proficient in scheduling software, email, and office systems.
  • Fast learner and tech-savvy.
  • Highly organized, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability for some evenings or weekends as required.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Full-time or part-time positions available
  • 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability as needed
  • Hourly rate: $17.20–$25.00/hr based on experience
