TS Skin Clinic is currently looking for a part-time receptionist/sales associate. We are looking for the perfect addition to our team that has exceptional customer service.

**Role Responsibilities**:
**Description**:

- Learning and understanding our treatments and protocols to effectively offer exceptional customer service in-clinic and over the phone.
- Effectively assisting with client recommendations and product sales.
- Greeting and assisting clients.
- Listen to patient inquiries, assessing their requirements and take appropriate action.
- Process client payments with accuracy.
- Preparing client files and ensuring that proper consents are always signed and up to date.
- Advising clients on skin care and recommending suitable treatments and home care regimens.
- General office maintenance and duties (filing, scanning, paperwork, etc).
- Preparing online store orders.
- Maintaining clinic cleaning standards

**Qualifications**:

- Positive attitude
- Experience in sales
- Familiar with the aesthetic industry
- Experience in reception
- Problem solving skills
- Mature mannerisms
- Highly organized and able to work under tight deadlines
