Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, optimize processes, and lead cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proven track record of managing complex operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is integral to ensuring operational efficiency, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving company growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage teams across various departments to achieve organizational goals.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as sales, marketing, finance, and human resources to ensure seamless operations.
  • Oversee supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and technological enhancements.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare reports for senior management on operational performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Identify,Convince potential franchise partners and guiding them from first contact to succesful onbairding

Experience

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar leadership role within a relevant industry.
  • Strong understanding of business functions such as finance, supply chain, and human resources.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategies that improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in using operational management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
