We're excited to share an opportunity for the role of Manager– National Program Management
We are looking for a motivated individual to step into a team leadership position, guiding and supporting our team of National Program Managers across the country. This role is key in driving performance and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support and direction to the National Program Managers team
  • Support the implementation of company initiatives and operational goals
  • Act as a liaison between the National PMs and Corporate senior leadership
  • Ensure consistent communication, alignment, and best practices across regions
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team environment

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management or program leadership
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and regions
  • Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
  • PMP certification or equivalent experience considered an asset
