King Animal Hospital is a state-of-the-art, 60,000-square-foot Equine and Small Animal Specialty Referral and Emergency Hospital located in King City, Ontario. With over two hundred team members and ten specialty departments, we are dedicated to delivering excellence in animal care.

We are currently seeking an organized and reliable part-time Inventory Assistant/Clerk to support our Inventory & Logistics team. This part-time position (3 days per week) is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, organization, and contributing to the smooth daily operations of a busy hospital.


Key Responsibilities

· Unpack and physically handle incoming shipments.

· Deliver supplies to appropriate departments and restock shelving areas.

· Label, organize, and store supplies safely and efficiently.

· Assist with basic inventory counts and data entry into our systems.

· Maintain cleanliness and order in storage areas.

· Support the Inventory Coordinator and Specialist with daily operations.


What You Bring

· Experience in pharmacy, stocking, warehouse, or inventory is preferred.

· Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet.

· Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and organization.

· Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) preferred.

· Willingness to learn systems such as Cubex or EZVet is an asset.

· Positive attitude and team-player mindset

· Driver's licence is required as public transit is not available.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
